Using the apps
Do I need to create an account?
Almost never. Most of our apps have no account at all: you open them and start. Where an app offers an account, such as Storyfield for people who want to narrate, it is optional and the app explains what it's for.
What do your apps do with my data?
Apps marked On-device keep what you enter on your iPhone, and we never receive it. Some features need a server, such as Juju's speech analysis or Dawnwrite's AI dream notes. Those apps tell you what is sent and why.
Each app's privacy policy, linked from its support page, lists exactly what it keeps and where.
Do you sell my data or track me for ads?
No. We don't sell your data, and none of our apps tracks you for advertising.
Which devices do your apps run on?
Our apps are made for iPhone. A few may come to other platforms later, and we'll say so on this site when they do.
Can I try an app before it's released?
Some apps run a TestFlight beta before release. Email support@novameridia.com with the app's name and we'll let you know if there's a spot.
Purchases
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments, so refunds go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the app. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
I got a new iPhone. How do I get my purchase back?
Purchases belong to your Apple Account. Sign in with the same Apple Account on the new phone, open the app, and use Restore Purchases in its settings.

How do I get help with an app?
Email support@novameridia.com. It helps to include the app's name, your iPhone model and iOS version, and what you expected to happen.
Can I suggest a feature or report a bug?
Please do, at the same address. We read every message, and many of our features started as one.

Nova Meridia LLC is an independent app studio founded in Texas in 2026. You can read our mission and the rules our apps keep on the About page.
Does this website track me?
No. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and its fonts are served from our own domain.
